Wilson Garcia, 31, of 22 Parkland Ave., was arrested and charged with distributing class A drugs, possession to distribute drugs, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 3:35 p.m. Thursday.

Peter Hadley, 41, of 9 Palmer St., was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, and possession of a class A drug at 3:16 p.m. Thursday.

A caller reported his parked silver Mustang was hit on Nicholson Street at 2:45 p.m. Thursday.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 6:45 p.m. Thursday at Lafayette Street and West Shore Drive.

A report of a mattress in the road at West Shore Drive and Cornell Road at 1:13 p.m. Thursday.

A Humphrey Street resident reported she was being harassed by her neighbor at 4:58 p.m. Thursday.

A report of suspicious activity at a playground on Elm Street at 6:06 p.m. Thursday. The caller reported that while at the playground, she and the group she was with noticed a male who lingered on the playground, looking “disheveled,” wearing slippers. The man appeared to be in his late 20s or early 30s.

A caller reported that he and his friends went fishing and their boat ran out of gas at 6:41 p.m. in Massachusetts Bay. They do not have a radio and the passenger phones have died.

A report of an erratic driver in a gray Honda who almost hit a ladder truck while it was backing up with lights and traffic lights activated at 7:02 p.m. Thursday.

A report of a vehicle with the doors left open on Phillips Street at 2:03 a.m. Friday. Owner reports she has a sick child, had just gotten home, and left everything in the vehicle open.

Theft

A wheel barrel was stolen from Ramsay Road at 8:13 a.m. Thursday.

Arrests

William S. Martinez, 38, was arrested and charged with speeding, operating under the influence of liquor, and operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger at 2:24 a.m. Thursday on Harris Street.

Patrick J. Farris, 25, of 10 Mead St. Apt. # 1, Boston, was arrested and charged with miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked or suspended license at Broadway and Cushman avenues at 4:52 p.m. Thursday.

James M. Morris, 25, of 4 Wolcott St. Apt. #4, was arrested and charged with carrying a dangerous weapon at Broadway and Cushman avenues at 4:52 p.m. Thursday.

Kathleen M. Piracini, 34, of 27 Alice St., was arrested and charged with her third offense of shoplifting by concealing merchandise and warrant charges at the Beachmont Train Station on Winthrop Avenue at 6:44 p.m. Thursday.

Jill Annese, 40, of 11 Frank Ave., was arrested on Frank Avenue on charges of domestic assault or domestic assault and battery “intimate relationship,” and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 11:33 p.m. Thursday.

Jonathan Arce, 30, of 20 Carey Ave., Apt. #2, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger, failure to stop for police, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, being a habitual traffic offender, and warrant charges at 2:29 a.m. Friday.
