Arrests

Jose Chilel Sandoval, 28, of 451 Essex St., was arrested and charged with violation of the open container law and trespassing/park rule at 7:58 p.m. Wednesday.

Jose Lopez, 41, of 97 Light St., was arrested on a courtesy booking at 8:44 a.m. Thursday.

Nery Marroquin, 25, of 9 Cheever Place, was arrested and charged with violation of the open container law and trespassing/park rule at 8:44 p.m. Wednesday.

Jenaya Marshall, 25, of 15 Silver leaf Way, Peabody, was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, marked lanes violation and speeding at 11:16 p.m. Wednesday.

Cory Nelson, of 121 Glendale St., Everett, was arrested on warrant charges of shoplifting by asportation and breaking and entering for a misdemeanor at 5:31 a.m. Thursday.

Juancarlos Novas, 27, of 13 Houghton St., was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to stop/yield at 2:53 p.m. Wednesday.

Elizabeth Nwaoha, 29, of 147 Timson St. was arrested and charged with unregistered motor vehicle, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, miscellaneous equipment violation and on warrant charges of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, unregistered motor vehicle and uninsured motor vehicle/trailer at 1:16 p.m. Wednesday.

MARBLEHEAD

Arrests

Evelio Mendez, 20, of 16 Commercial St., Apt. 1, Lynn, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 11:11 a.m. Wednesday.

 

Allen J. Schiller, 69, of 4 Taft St., was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest at 8:13 p.m. Wednesday.

 

Assaults

A report of an assault at 8:13 p.m. Wednesday at Allerton Place and Gregory Street. A caller reported a group of drunk people were assaulting him and tried to leave in a motor vehicle. Allen J. Schiller, 69, was arrested.

 

Complaints

A report of kids smoking pot at 3:47 p.m. Wednesday on Wyman Road. A caller reported that behind her house in the woods, there was a group of kids “smoking what appears to be pot.” She stated that it was a group of about eight teens.

A report of a disturbance at 4:02 p.m. Wednesday on Phillips Street.

A caller reported that a person may have been run over at 10:10 p.m. Wednesday at Litchman Terrace and Green Street. Multiple callers reported a person run over and possible motor vehicle accident. Police reported a person fell down at the corner of Litchman and Green, but a person was not run over. There appeared to have been an accident with three cars possibly involved. Police reported a car struck a tree and two parked cars.

 

Theft

A report of a stolen bike at 8:49 p.m. Wednesday on Anderson Street.

Breaking and Entering

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 9:45 a.m. Thursday at 6 Stevens St. Two passports, a black jacket and a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses were stolen from an unlocked vehicle; at 2:15 p.m. Thursday at 44 Tremont St. Taken from the vehicle was $12.

A report of a disturbance at 5:29 p.m. Wednesday at Tannery Apartments at 50 Warren St.; at 5:42 p.m. Wednesday at In the Cut at 5 Andover St.; at 9:40 p.m. Wednesday at 12 Fulton St.

A report of suspicious activity at 3:11 p.m. Thursday at 15 Leblanc Drive. A homeowner reported having concerns about the house painter across street, who was acting weird. Police reported the painter was singing and had headphones in.

Sean M. Pryor, 44, of 25 Steeple St., was arrested on a warrant at 9:17 p.m. Wednesday.

Anass Rhim, 30, of 112 Southampton St., Boston, was arrested on warrants at 4:31 p.m. Wednesday.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 5:46 p.m. Wednesday at Broadway and Main Street; at 7:12 p.m. Wednesday at Dunkin’ Donuts at 1204 Broadway.

A report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injury at 12:33 a.m. Thursday at Fox Hill Bridge on Salem Turnpike. Lynn Police reported a single-car accident with possible ejection into a barrier. Lynn Police handled the accident as it was prior to the bridge on the Lynn side.

 

Complaints

A report of a disturbance at 5:06 p.m. Wednesday on Main Street. A caller reported several youths riding bikes across the traffic intersection; at 5:31 p.m. Wednesday at 71 Bristow St. A caller reported property damage to a window due to children playing. The children were told not to play ball in that area.
