LYNN — A mulch fire kept firefighters busy outside of Green Tea restaurant on the Lynnway Tuesday morning. Crews responded in force to quickly knock down the blaze. Most of the damage was confined to the outside parking lot, though heat from the flames did damage the building’s facade and crack a window.
