Arrests

David Barresi, of 56 Central St., of East Hampstead, N.H., was arrested on a warrant charge of intimidation to steal from depository at 11:32 a.m. Thursday.

Haridon Duvli, 30, of 11 Fuller St., was arrested and charged with trespassing, carrying a dangerous weapon and on warrant charges of two counts of shoplifting by asportation at 7:26 p.m. Wednesday.

Allyssa Mertsch, 27, of 177 Boston St., Salem, was arrested and charged with Class E drug possession, trespassing, shoplifting by asportation and shoplifting by concealing merchandise at 7:26 p.m. Wednesday.

Christopher Murphy, 32, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation at 2:13 p.m. Wednesday.

Accidents

A report of a car that hit a parked car at 7:50 a.m. Wednesday on Ocean Avenue. Leanne Benson, 28, of Salem, was arrested for OUI liquor.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 4:19 p.m. Wednesday at Atlantic Avenue and Hawkes Street. A person was opening his car door and it was struck by another motor vehicle.

Complaints

A report of a large party at 11:01 p.m. Wednesday on Beacon Street. A caller reported there was a large group “of partiers in the ring.” He stated that they had created a large bonfire in the past and was concerned that they might do it again.

The driver, who is the renter/occupant of the damaged apartment, refused medical treatment; at 5:29 p.m. Tuesday at 11 Veterans Memorial Drive; at 6:53 p.m. Tuesday at 33 Centennial Drive and 7 Summit St.; at 9:13 a.m. Wednesday at Swartz & Benjamin Warehouse at 1 First Ave. A two-car accident involving an MBTA bus was reported; at 9:18 a.m. Wednesday at 2 Wilson Terrace and 111 Central St.; at 1:40 p.m. Wednesday at 20 Wallis St. and 37 Walnut St.

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 12:17 p.m. Wednesday at 79 Franklin St. Police reported $80 in cash was taken from an unlocked vehicle the previous night.

Fire

A report of a fire at 5:57 p.m. Tuesday at 3 Littles Lane. Police reported a timber wall was on fire and was smouldering. The fire was extinguished.

Overdose

A report of an overdose at 8:41 p.m. Tuesday on Tuckers Court.

Theft

A report of a stolen motor vehicle at 6:14 p.m. Tuesday at 19 Tanners Court.

A report of a larceny at 10:57 a.m. Wednesday at Acura of Peabody at 233 Andover St. An employee reported a theft of car parts. Police reported three center caps to hubcaps were stolen last week; at 1:27 p.m. Wednesday at Tannery Gardens at 111 Foster St. A caller reported stolen mail.

Dany A. Estrada-Flores, 23, of 44 Garfield Ave., was arrested on a warrant at 5:56 a.m. Wednesday.

John J. Valencia, 33, of 66 Victoria St., was arrested on a warrant at 8:01 a.m. Wednesday.

Joseph J. Yannizze, 55, of 400 Revere Beach Blvd., Apt. 403, was arrested on a warrant at 7:22 a.m. Wednesday.
