Arrests

Travis Dupree, 33, of 154 Pleasant St., Marblehead, was arrested and charged with trespassing and violation of the open container law at 10:06 p.m. Tuesday.

Franklin Evans was arrested on a warrant charge of Class B drug possession at 11:10 a.m. Tuesday.  

Justin Gaglio, 43, of 50 Andrew St., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest at 12:08 p.m. Tuesday.

Crystal Madden was arrested on a warrant charge of trespassing at 12:05 p.m. Wednesday.

Kevin Maloney, 37, of 255 Central St., Saugus, was arrested and charged with OUI drugs second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and Class E drug possession at 12:36 p.m. Tuesday.

Jamal Mitchell, 43, of 8 Tozer Road, Beverly, was arrested on warrant charges of two counts of assault and battery, two counts of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, destruction of property, no inspection/sticker and marked lanes violation at 10:26 a.m. Wednesday.

Joshua Santiago, 30, of 93 Grove St., was arrested and charged with open and gross lewdness and witness intimidation at 12:18 p.m. Wednesday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 4:08 p.m. Tuesday at Pleasant and Gerry streets.

Complaints

A caller reported at 5 p.m. Tuesday at Marblehead Harbor that she went to pick her son up earlier and a group of teens were driving crazy while in the harbor. She thought that they had been drinking and swimming around halfway rock. The harbormasters were notified.

A report of suspicious activity at 10:46 p.m. Tuesday on West Shore Drive. A caller complained about kids in the park after hours. Police reported there were no signs about time restrictions and that the kids were not causing a disturbance — they were just throwing a football around.

Theft

A report of a larceny/forgery/fraud at 12:24 p.m. Tuesday on Washington Street.

Thomas W. Watkins, 36, of 27 Janvrin Ave., was arrested and charged with assault and battery, intimidation of a witness and assault with a dangerous weapon at 11:12 p.m. Tuesday.

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run accident at 6:41 p.m. Tuesday on Library Street.

Arrest

Christopher Iascone, of 64 Proctor Circle, Peabody, was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, threat to commit a crime and on a warrant at 7:58 p.m. Monday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injury at 9:04 a.m. Monday at Sears/Square One Mall at 1325 Broadway.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 5:25 p.m. Monday at Jag Petroleum Inc. at 340 Lincoln Ave.

Breaking and Entering

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 3:39 p.m. Monday at Amicone Auto Body at 550 Lincoln Ave. A caller reported his stereo was stolen out of his vehicle; at 11:56 p.m. Monday at Hooters at 1143 Broadway. A caller reported his vehicle window had been smashed out; at 11:13 p.m. Tuesday at 11 Desota St. Police reported there was no damage to the vehicle and nothing was taken.

Complaints

A report of a disturbance at 9:49 a.m. Monday at Mobil Station at 2 Essex St. A fight in the parking lot was reported; at 5:43 p.m. Monday on Newcomb Avenue. A caller reported a male on a motor scooter.

A report of suspicious activity at 11:32 a.m. Tuesday at 26 Saugus Ave. A caller reported two males were carrying a cage and walking down the street looking into houses and vehicles. Police reported the call was unfounded; at 4:47 p.m. Tuesday at 19 Heritage Lane. A caller reported witnessing two men exit a car and break a basement window and climb into the house. Police spoke with the man, who was a resident of the home — he stated that he locked himself out of the home and was unable to gain entry without breaking the window.

Theft

A report of larceny by check at 11:45 a.m. Monday at Walmart at 770 Broadway. A caller reported $14,000 in fraudulent checks was used the prior night.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 10:20 a.m. Monday at 16 Jackson St. A caller reported vandalism to her vehicle; at 11:24 a.m. Monday at Tedeschi’s at 386 Lincoln Ave. A caller reported vandalism to her vehicle; at 1:28 p.m. Tuesday at 23 Sussex St. Police responded to investigate graffiti.

SWAMPSCOTT

Arrest

George Lopez, 26, was arrested and charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle, disorderly conduct and urinating in public at 5:29 a.m. Wednesday.

Complaints

A report of a disturbance at 10:05 p.m. Tuesday on Currier Court; at 4:33 a.m. Wednesday at King’s Beach at 55 Humphrey St.
