Arrests

Mark Burge, 56, of 7 Whitfield Road, Danvers, was arrested and charged with trespassing at 6:14 p.m. Thursday.

Stacey Davidson, of 15 Timothy Ave., Everett, was arrested on warrant charges of larceny over $250, trespassing, and a straight warrant at 4:11 p.m. Thursday.

Denatia Dunn, of 36 Broad St., Brockton, was arrested on warrant charges of shoplifting by concealing at 4:31 p.m. Thursday.

Danny Fuentes, 30, of 87 Mall St., was arrested and charged with unnatural act at 10:12 p.m. Thursday.

Daniqua Hudson, 26, of 3 Alice Ave., was arrested and charged with unnatural acts at 10:20 p.m. Thursday.

Bianca Kelley-Cumbee, 27, of 23 Echo Grove Ave., was arrested and charged with trespassing at 4:16 p.m. Thursday.

Rachel Kennedy, 28, of 78 Sweetwater St., Saugus, was arrested and charged with trespassing at 4:08 p.m. Thursday.

A report of hallway smoke at 11:02 a.m. Thursday on Washington Street.

A report of a fraud at 11:05 a.m. Thursday on Atlantic Avenue. The person reports receiving a call on their cell from Citibank Fraud department telling her they detected fraud on her “Double Cash” card.

A report of motor vehicle speeding at 12:48 p.m. Thursday at Ocean Avenue and Pleasant Street.

A report of a party receiving harassing texts and calls from someone she doesn’t know at 1:22 p.m. Thursday.

A report of a disturbance at 6:47 p.m. Thursday at Mechanic Court and Mechanic Street. The caller reports hearing a man yelling and screaming racial slurs going on for more than 10 minutes.

Arrests

Sydney Bangs, 21, of 1 Centennial Ave., was arrested on warrant charges at 2:28 p.m. Thursday.

Felix Vega, 54, of 106 Malboro, Chelsea, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, possession of Class B drugs subsequent offense at 6:46 p.m. Thursday.

Complaints

A report of a general disturbance at 1:13 p.m. Thursday at Revere City Hall.

Theft

A report of fraud at 10:08 a.m. Thursday at the Revere Police Station on Revere Beach Parkway; at 8:12 p.m. Thursday on Reservoir Avenue.

Vandalism

A report of damaged property at 12:47 p.m. Thursday on North Shore Road.

SAUGUS

Accidents

A report of a two-car motor vehicle accident with injuries at 2:31 p.m. Thursday at Fairmount Avenue and Oakcrest Street. Two people were transported to Melrose Wakefield Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

A report of a motor vehicle accident on Route 1 North at Walnut Street at 3:04 a.m. Friday with injuries. Caller reports a two-car accident in the fast lane with a man laying in the roadway. Police report the man was conscious and alert after being struck by a car that fled the scene. One person was transported to Mass General Hospital. The suspected second driver was located at the former site of the Fern’s Motel.

Complaints

A report of suspicious activity at 1:42 a.m. Thursday at Stackpole Field. Three males in the stands were sent on their way.

A report of a disturbance at Red Roof Inn on Broadway at 1:44 a.m. Thursday.

A report of a mall employee trapped in an elevator at Square One Mall at 5:43 a.m. Thursday.

A report of three dogs locked inside a white SUV at Taylor and Central streets at 10:38 a.m. Thursday. Police report the dogs are fine and are not in distress.

A report of a man walking down the center of the highway near Kowloon Restaurant wearing a yellow backpack at 11:53 a.m. Thursday.

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at the Colonial Traveler on Broadway at 2:57 p.m. Thursday. Caller reports the vehicle may be involved in some drug activity. Police report the vehicle left before officers arrived.

A report of a group of suspicious people standing next to several motor vehicles parked along the street at 7:04 p.m. Thursday. Caller is concerned they may be drinking.

A report of children playing chicken with vehicles in traffic on Hamilton Street at 9:46 p.m. Thursday. Caller reports about 12 rogue youths on bikes last seen in the area of Spuds Restaurant.

Fire

A report of an outside mulch fire at 3:29 p.m. Thursday.

Theft

A report of a stolen vehicle at 10:43 p.m. Thursday at Walgreens on Broadway. Caller reports he ran into the store while leaving his vehicle running in the parking lot and when he returned, it was gone. Police viewed security surveillance footage and described the suspect as a 20-30-year-old white male with dark hair, wearing a black T-shirt and grey shorts.

Vandalism

A report of an electric meter damaged beneath the scoreboard at Stackpole Field at 8:28 a.m. Thursday. Meter appeared to be hit with a bat and will need to be replaced.

A report of property damage at 6:20 p.m. Thursday that occurred the night before at 29 Kernwood Ave.

A report of a group of children behind the Waybright Elementary School near the ballfield at 11:42 p.m. Thursday. Police were unable to locate them.

Three youths were removed from the basketball court at Veterans Memorial Elementary School on Hurd Avenue at 11:47 p.m. Thursday.

A report of a man lying down on the Essex Street overpass at 1:02 a.m. Friday. Report was unfounded.

A report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injury at 2:42 p.m. Thursday at Essex Street and Vantage Terrace; at 2:43 p.m. Thursday at 100 Vantage Terrace.
