Arrests

Stephanie Bell, 32, was arrested and charged with disguise to obstruct justice and on warrant charges of two counts of trespassing, larceny, and receiving a stolen motor vehicle at 7:50 p.m. Wednesday.

Sklym Guillaume, 20, of 7 Liberty Square, was arrested and charged with trespassing at 2:21 p.m. Wednesday.

Branly Lugo, 37, of 48 Ingalls St., was arrested on a courtesy booking at 11:15 p.m. Wednesday.

Pedro Morales, of 50 Andrew St., was arrested on warrant charges of nighttime breaking and entering for a felony and larceny at 10:12 a.m. Thursday.

Corey Oleary, 35, of 68 South St., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and Class C drug possession at 1:34 p.m. Wednesday.

MARBLEHEAD

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 1:55 p.m. Wednesday at West Shore Drive and Jersey Street. Police reported a car tried to drive through a trench and got stuck.

Complaints

A report of a fall into the pit at 8:05 a.m. Wednesday on Woodfin Terrace. A caller reported a person fell into the pit. The person was taken out by emergency responders. Police reported the victim was throwing a mattress into the pit when it caught on his shirt, pulling him into the pit.

A report of items taken off the boat at 5:04 p.m. Wednesday at Salem Harbor. A caller reported they got onto their boat on the Salem Harbor side of Marblehead and found that all of their equipment and things were taken off of it. The boat is a 25-foot cream colored Scout named “Reel Sexy.” The harbormaster was notified; at 7:13 p.m. Wednesday at Salem Harbor. Items were taken off a boat, including electronics, fishing gear and a yeti cooler.

A report of suspicious activity at 6:52 p.m. Wednesday on Atlantic Avenue. A caller reported that she was giving her daughter driving lessons in the parking lot and saw a man sitting in a red pickup truck in the back lot. A few minutes later, he reportedly pulled around front and parked. She thought it was strange. Police reported that after speaking with a couple of people at the temple, it appeared that the man was up there for choir practice and is the leader.

A caller reported that someone was parked in her spot at 8:20 p.m. Wednesday on Front Street. She was told that it is a private lot and there was a process to have the vehicle removed. She didn’t like that answer and hung up. A man from that area later called police and stated that a “crazy lady blocked the car in and refuses to move unless I pay $100.” Another caller reported a disturbance regarding a man parked in a private lot.

A report of a disturbance at 2:38 a.m. Thursday at Pearl and Elm streets. A caller reported that drunks were attempting to get into a motor vehicle and drive off. They woke her up — she could hear them but she couldn’t see them. Police reported after speaking to someone that there was a couple in some sort of commotion — she threw items in the street and then he picked them up and put them back in the car before driving off.

Theft

A report of a stolen bicycle at 12:31 p.m. Wednesday on Doaks Lane.

Arrest

Anthony Saputo, 49, of 4 Joyce Road, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor second offense, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of property damage at 10:37 p.m. Wednesday.

A report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injury at 11:19 a.m. Wednesday at 64 Andover St.

A pedestrian was hit by a car at 10:13 a.m. Thursday at Lahey Health & Medical Center at 1 Essex Center Drive. The driver of the car was cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.

Breaking and Entering

A report of a breaking and entering at 6:50 a.m. Thursday at 101 Foster St. C&K Landscaping reported it was broken into the previous night and a lot of equipment was stolen.

Complaints

A report of a disturbance at 7:58 p.m. Tuesday at JC Penney at 210J Andover St.; at 12:05 a.m. Wednesday at 15 Northend St.; at 5:59 p.m. Wednesday at Lahey Health & Medical Center at 1 Essex Center Drive. A woman was reportedly out of control in the ER. The woman was restrained; at 11:34 p.m. Wednesday at Highlands at Dearborn at 19 Dearborn Ave. Six to eight people were reportedly being loud in the hot tub.

A report of suspicious activity at 1:15 p.m. Wednesday on Veterans Memorial Drive. A caller reported an older man in a black truck was acting suspicious and recalled him being arrested several months ago for “having guns.” Police reported the man was reading his newspaper; at 12:15 p.m. Thursday at Peabody Housing Authority at 75 Central St. A caller reported a man in the bushes was crawling through the mulch. An officer couldn’t locate anyone in the bushes.

A report of a neighborhood dispute at 5:14 p.m. Wednesday at 8 Berry St. A caller reported his neighbor was weed whacking near his vehicle.

Fire

A report of a fire at 10:21 p.m. Tuesday at Azorean Brotherhood of the Divine Holy Ghost at 20 Howley St. A caller reported there was a fire in the woods behind the Holy Ghost near the railroad tracks. Police reported there was some trash on fire in the woods, and the fire department was going to put it out.

Theft

A report of a larceny at 4:34 p.m. Tuesday at 109 Jennings Circle. A caller reported her Amazon package of a $50 pair of pliers was stolen from her door and her son found the empty box in the bushes in the yard. Police reported the caller spoke with Amazon, and the company was replacing the item that was stolen; at 3:35 p.m. Wednesday at Tannery Apartments at 50 Warren St. A woman reported that a package was taken from the hallway in front of her door on July 11. Video footage sent to her by management showed two suspects on scene, with one of them taking the package. The item was worth about $58.

A report of a stolen motor vehicle at 7:53 a.m. Thursday at Dick The Welder at 147 Summit St. A full sized yellow metal detector and a handheld metal detector were inside the vehicle.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 12:07 p.m. Thursday at Tannery Two at 12 Crowninshield St. A caller reported his motorcycle was tipped over; at 2:04 p.m. Thursday at St. Thomas the Apostle Church at 1 Margin St. A man reported that his tire was slashed while he was parked at the church.

Robert K. Brito-Pina, 25, of 27 Athens St., Apt. 3, Cambridge, was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license at 6:05 p.m. Wednesday.

Geovany Medrano Garcia, 19, of 17 Calumet St., Apt. A, was arrested and charged with nighttime vehicle/boat breaking and entering for a felony at 3:47 a.m. Wednesday.

Dominique Q. Purvis, 24, of 43 Hosmer St., Apt. 1, Mattapan, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, and resisting arrest at 6:05 p.m. Wednesday.

A report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injury at 3:58 p.m. Wednesday at 380 Central St. One person was taken to Melrose Wakefield Hospital; at 5:42 p.m. Wednesday on Walnut Street.

Breaking and Entering

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 3:47 p.m. Wednesday at 17 Endicott St. A caller reported her keys were stolen out of her motor vehicle.

Complaints

A report of suspicious activity at 6:32 p.m. Wednesday at Sports World at 87 Broadway. A caller reported a bald man in a black tank top was walking around the building, going into the dumpster and banging on the doors of the business. Police stopped the vehicle and the two involved admitted to going into the dumpster and didn’t have anything in possession from the store; at 11:51 p.m. Wednesday at 2206 Founders Way. A caller reported someone was banging on her front and back doors. Police were unable to locate anyone after checking the area.

A report of a disturbance at 1:44 a.m. Thursday at Red Roof Inn at 920 Broadway. An employee reported a man inside was throwing beer cans outside his window.

Fire

A report of an outside fire at 6:19 p.m. Wednesday at FedEx Office at 600 Broadway. A caller reported an outside mulch fire.

SWAMPSCOTT

Arrest

Christopher Landry, 39, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation, resisting arrest and fugitive from justice on court at 3:38 p.m. Wednesday.
