A report of a boat complaint at 12:25 p.m. Sunday on Ocean Avenue. A caller reported she was looking out from Castle Rock and saw a dark hulled motorboat that was 20 to 25 feet long offshore. She stated that the boat wasn’t moving and she felt that it was in distress because it was near some rocks. She stated that another boat was alongside it and they might have just been fishing.
