Arrests

Lisa Beal, of 66 Johnson St., was arrested on warrant charges of three counts of violation of an abuse prevention order at 11:51 a.m. Thursday.

Adam Cochrane, of 361 Essex St., was arrested on warrant charges of assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and unarmed robbery at 3:08 a.m. Wednesday.

Elisha Davis, 23, of 77 Kirtland St., was arrested and charged with three counts of large capacity weapon/feeding firearm, two counts of possession of a firearm without a firearm identification card, two counts of defacing a firearm serial number, two counts of Class B drug possession, unlawful improper storage of a firearm, drug possession with intent to distribute, unlawful ammo possession without a firearm identification card, unlawful fireworks possession, firearm use in a felony and on warrant charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, kidnapping, possession of a firearm without a firearm identification card, and firearm use in a felony at 6:55 a.m. Thursday.

Isaiah Graham, 35, was arrested and charged with possession of a knife with a blade over 2 ½ inches and on a warrant charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 1:13 p.m. Wednesday.

Cole Hanssen, 20, of 77 Kirtland St., was arrested and charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, Class B drug possession, unlawful ammo possession without a firearm identification card and unlawful fireworks possession at 8:49 a.m. Thursday.

Kimberly Hanssen, 41, of 77 Kirtland St., was arrested and charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, Class B drug possession, unlawful ammo possession without a firearm identification card and unlawful fireworks possession at 8:36 a.m. Thursday.

Daniel Maldonado, 41, of 24 Mudge St., was arrested and charged with Class B drug possession and on warrant charges of two counts of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, number plate violation to conceal, number plate violation, uninsured motor vehicle/trailer, unregistered motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and failure to wear a seatbelt at 6:56 p.m. Wednesday.

John Nicholson, 54, of 32 Chestnut St.,, was arrested and charged with drinking in public at 12:38 p.m. Thursday.

Jeffrey Suazo, 28, of 55 Rock Ave., was arrested and charged with trespassing at 6:05 a.m. Thursday.

Brittney Weigand-Dion, 19, of 77 Kirtland St., was arrested and charged with three counts of large capacity weapon/feeding firearm, two counts of possession of a firearm without a firearm identification card, two counts of defacing a firearm serial number, two counts of Class B drug possession, unlawful improper storage of a firearm, drug possession with intent to distribute, unlawful ammo possession without a firearm identification card and unlawful fireworks possession at 8:23 a.m. Thursday.

Complaints

A woman reported a man was following her at 10:09 a.m. Wednesday at Orne Street and Doaks Lane. A caller reported she was following a car because the man inside the car had been following her in Crosby’s. She went on to list several occasions when someone was following her and said it was due to being involved in a nasty divorce. The woman stated that the man accosted her in the car after following her in Crosby’s and that she has been following her for three weeks. She stated she has pictures of all the people who are following her to several locations in town and down on Cape Cod. She said they know where she is all the time and are probably taping her conversations.

A report of suspicious activity at 3:18 p.m. Wednesday at West Shore Drive and Lafayette Street. A caller reported he was in traffic and then stopped for the light. He stated that a woman in a black Lexus ran up to his car, took a photo of him and accused him of following her child. He was driving to the station and said the woman was acting very weird as if she was a victim of an assault or something.

A report of a disturbance at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday on Washington Street; at 10:07 p.m. Wednesday at Baldwin and Jane roads. A caller reported a very loud stereo coming from a motorcycle that was riding around the neighborhood.

A report of a smashed window at 6:49 p.m. Wednesday on Wyman Road. A caller reported that he just came home from dinner and found that his wife’s car had a rear passenger window broken.

A report of suspicious activity at 5:24 p.m. Wednesday at Trader Joe’s at 300 Andover St. A caller reported two young children were playing musical instruments in the parking lot and possibly soliciting for money.

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 12:47 p.m. Thursday at Bank of America at 136 Newbury St. A caller reported there was a woman sitting in a black Ford SUV for more than an hour. Police reported the woman had pulled over to take a nap.

A report of an auto fire at 5:02 p.m. Wednesday at 129 Newbury St. A truck reportedly had smoke coming from its wheel.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 5:05 p.m. Wednesday at 64 Foster St. A caller reported there had been some vandalism done to his vehicle; at 10:02 a.m. Thursday at 16 Winona St. Police reported a vehicle’s tire was slashed; at 2:55 p.m. Thursday at 118 Goodale St. A caller reported someone was dropping fresh fruit onto her property each night.
