She stated that she tricked her neighbor and was not really locked out, but still wanted the incident logged.

A caller reported a man wearing a t-shirt, shorts and glasses was hiding in the bushes watching a girl working out. He had reportedly been in the bushes behind the tree for about 10 minutes.
