Looking for ways to cut energy costs from experienced professionals?
National Grid will be hosting a free community event for North Shore residents at Lynn City Hall on Thursday, July 27 at 6 p.m.
Employees from National Grid will talk about energy safety and efficiency, the company’s approach to creating energy networks of the 21st century, and provide customers with help understanding their utility bill.
People will be available to talk with visitors one on one to answer questions or concerns from both current and potential customers.
Marcy Reed, president of National Grid in Massachusetts will speak, followed by a brief presentation and question and answer session.
“We started these events in the end of 2014 when supply prices were skyrocketing,” Reed said in a video from 2016. “We wanted to get right into the community to talk to people and explain what is going on.”
