She knows there is another person by the same name in Marblehead and believes that it may be her.
A landscaper reported a woman has been following him, filming him, and harassing him by saying he is killing the bees at 2:23 p.m. Wednesday at Bayview Road and Neptune Drive. He said he works for True Green Lawn Care and she is interfering with his work on sites throughout town. He would like someone to speak with the woman and ask her to stop harassing him.
A report of suspicious activity at 3:05 p.m. Wednesday on Ocean Avenue. A lot attendant reported the lifeguard alerted him that a man on the beach was fondling himself and acting weird around the children. Police responded and the lifeguard reported the man went into the ladies room inside the Neck Run and locked himself inside. James Edward Powers, 73, was arrested on charges of lewd, wanton, and lascivious conduct.

A man visited the police station to report he received a check for $8.5 million from Global Sweepstakes Payout Services and he believes it is a fraud. Enclosed with the check was a request for immediate payment of $850 for fees, processing, and validation.
