Steven C. Touch, also known as Kevin Touch, Fat Boy, and C Sick, is wanted by The Federal Bureau of Investigation’s North Shore Gang Task Force for his role as the alleged leader of the Young Bloods, a violent street gang operating in and around Lynn.
LYNN — The Federal Bureau of Investigation’s North Shore Gang Task Force is seeking assistance in locating an alleged leader of the Young Bloods, a violent street gang operating in and around Lynn.
Steven C. Touch, also known as Kevin Touch, Fat Boy, and C Sick, was indicted by a grand jury in Middlesex County, along with two other associates, for his involvement in a 2012 home invasion in Billerica, which resulted in the murder of the victim.
“Mr. Touch is considered armed and dangerous – so members of the public should not approach him,” said Harold H. Shaw, Special Agent in charge of the FBI Boston Division.
He is charged with murder in the first degree, home invasion, attempt to commit armed robbery, and two counts of conspiracy.
An arrest warrant was issued for Touch on January 10, 2017 by Middlesex Superior Court after he failed to appear in court on charges of possession of a large capacity firearm, possession of firearm without a license, possession of a large capacity feeding device, carrying a loaded firearm, and defacing a serial number on a firearm.
On May 22, 2017, an additional arrest warrant was issued for him out of U.S. District Court in Boston for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
Touch, 28, is considered armed and dangerous.
He is described to be a Cambodian male who is a legal U.S. citizen with black hair, brown eyes, and a goatee. He is 5-feet, 7-inches in height and about 220 pounds. He last resided at 108 Empire St. in Lynn.
Touch has six tattoos: the word “blood” on his right upper arm; the word “Mayhem” on the right side of his neck; a baby footprint on the right side of his neck with the word “Kayden” above it; the letter “Y” with the word “Young” underneath his right inner forearm; the letter “B” with the word “Blood” beneath it on his forearm; and the word “Touch” on his left hand.
