Omar Culbreath was arrested on warrant charges of two counts of receiving stolen property, two counts of malicious damage to a motor vehicle, possession of a burglarious instrument, breaking into a depository, Class E drug possession, shoplifting by asportation, disorderly conduct, larceny, larceny from a person, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, nighttime breaking and entering for a felony, attempt to commit a crime, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 11:37 a.m. Saturday.
Erika Grace was arrested on warrant charges of larceny from a person, daytime breaking and entering for a felony, and destruction of property at 11:04 a.m. Sunday.
Annette Johnson, 56, of 24 Violet St., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at 10:37 p.m. Friday.
Daniel Napolitano was arrested on warrant charges of larceny, daytime breaking and entering for a felony, and conspiracy at 4:33 p.m. Friday.
Leavitt Patrick, 25, of 376 Washington St., was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon at 8:13 p.m. Saturday.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 4:33 p.m. Friday at 136 Lowell St. and 2 King St.; at 10:25 p.m. Saturday at Chandler’s Ice Cream at 86 Andover St.; at 1:18 a.m. Sunday at 68 Aborn St. A motor vehicle accident involving a motorcycle was reported. The driver of the motorcycle fled on foot. Several vehicles were struck and damaged. The motorcycle was towed; at 7:07 a.m. Sunday at Lowell and Foster streets; at 1:32 p.m. Sunday at 191 Bartholomew St. A single-car accident near the guardrail was reported. After hitting the rail, the vehicle left the scene and came to a stop at 191 Bartholomew. The driver was summoned for leaving the scene of an accident.
A report of a motor vehicle accident involving a police vehicle at 3:15 p.m. Sunday at Green Tea at 126 Newbury St. An officer reported a vehicle had struck his cruiser.
Assaults
A report of an assault and battery at 11:37 p.m. Friday at Plaza Motel at 125 Newbury St. A past stabbing, and possible assault and battery was reported. Police reported there was no stabbing and that it was an armed robbery. An unknown person stole a wallet and left the scene. Video showed a black SUV and possibly a black man with short hair. There was a knife shown and a struggle.
A report of an assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 8:09 a.m. Sunday on Andover Street. Trader Joe’s staff reported a disturbance in the parking lot where someone had deployed mace. James Hollow, 58, of 6 Sprucewood Circle, Boxford, was summoned for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Complaints
A report of suspicious activity at 3:58 p.m. Friday at Century Bank and Trust at 12 Peabody Square. An employee of the bank reported a person came inside and began recording on their iPhone. Police reported the man appeared mentally challenged and appeared to be recording on his iPad inside the bank. He made no transaction and left when asked if he was recording; at 9:57 a.m. Saturday at Land and Sea at 67 Lynnfield St. A woman in a white and pink top, and just her underwear appeared to be intoxicated. She was taken to Salem Hospital; at 12:14 p.m. Sunday at St. Thomas the Apostle Church at 1 Margin St. Salem Police relayed a report of a suspicious device in the back parking lot of the church, which was described as a pressure cooker. An officer reported the State Police Bomb Squad responded and reported that the device was not explosive.
A report of a disturbance at 10:23 p.m. Friday at 94 Shore Drive. A neighbor reported yelling. Police reported the people were discussing a home loan they didn’t get and didn’t realize they were loud; at 8:52 p.m. Saturday at Domino’s Pizza at 1 Andover St.; at 10:52 p.m. Saturday on Samoset Road; at 10:52 p.m. Saturday at Stonewood Tavern at 139 Lynnfield St.; at 11:16 p.m. Saturday at 8 Hardy St.; at 12:43 a.m. Sunday at Northfield Properties at 65 Main St.; at 12:46 a.m. Sunday at 18 Samoset Road. Several unwanted people were reportedly refusing to leave the residence and were damaging vehicle windows. Shawn B. Overdose
A report of an overdose at 1:57 p.m. Saturday on Main Street. A 37-year-old Salem man was taken to Lahey Hospital and was summoned for Class E drug possession; at 4:16 p.m. Saturday on Lowell Street. A passerby reported a person passed out behind the wheel. The person was revived and taken to Lahey Hospital; at 11:41 p.m. Saturday on Veterans Memorial Drive. The person was taken to Salem Hospital. An officer also fell down the stairs and injured his leg; at 3:43 a.m. Sunday on Davis Terrace. A man was taken to Salem Hospital.
Theft
A report of a larceny at 12:08 p.m. Sunday at 2 Reynolds Road.
Vandalism
A report of vandalism at 2:54 p.m. Saturday at 14B Hardy St. A caller reported her vehicle was keyed. The caller decided she didn’t want to pursue the matter with police.
