Complaints
A caller reported he saw a suspicious duffle bag at the corner at 10:19 a.m. Friday at Green Street and Meadow Lane. He stated he was going to check it out, but thought better of it. Police reported it was an empty golf bag.
A caller reported he was throwing his trash out and found a cooking knife outside at 6:36 p.m. Friday on Washington Street.
A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 1:22 a.m. Saturday on Sean’s Way. A caller reported a loud engine from a car drove by. He didn’t see anything but stated that none of his neighbors have cars that sound like that, so it may be kids driving around smoking pot.
A report of suspicious activity at 10:23 a.m. Saturday at Atlantic and Clifton avenues. A caller reported she might be overreacting, but a man asked for directions to the JCC and inquired about other synagogues in the area. She stated she got a “weird vibe” from him. The man was in his 20s, and had the hood up on his sweatshirt. The man had an accent that she described as “Eastern European.”

A report of a road rage incident at 4:53 p.m. Friday at Main and Foster streets. A woman reported a white pickup truck drove up beside her on Lowell Street in front of Bunghole Liquors and threw something at the side of her vehicle. Police reported there was damage (a large scratch) to the passenger side rear quarter panel of the vehicle.
A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 6:09 p.m. Friday at 36 Proctor St. and 18 Oakland St. A caller reported there was a woman outside of his house who was counting pills and shoving them in her bra. Police reported the woman checked out and all appeared to be in order.
