PEABODY — P.F. Chang’s at the Northshore Mall is the latest of the Arizona-based Asian-themed chain restaurants to close in Massachusetts.
The Peabody restaurant will be closing its doors on April 11, according to Lauren O’Shea, a spokeswoman for Simon, the company that owns the Northshore Mall.
O’Shea said she could not confirm any plans Simon has to replace P.F. Chang’s as a tenant.

The closing of the Peabody location comes just weeks after the chain shuttered its Prudential Center site. Currently, the P.F. Chang’s restaurants at Park Plaza, the CambridgeSide Galleria, Legacy Place in Dedham and the Natick Mall remain open.
The P.F. Chang’s at the Northshore Mall opened in 2008 and was one of the cornerstones of the mall’s $80 million renovation project that also brought the nearby Cheesecake Factory to Peabody.
