A resident next door reported someone kicked in his front door and ran off. Police reported the car was not able to be put in drive and was only working in reverse. John W. Duff Jr., 24, of 111 Foster St., Apt. 417, was arrested for breaking and entering, malicious destruction of property, and other charges. He was also summoned for OUI liquor.

A report of suspicious activity at 9:31 p.m. Friday at Maddy’s Car Wash at 300 Andover St. A caller reported two vehicles in the car wash. The caller thought the drivers may have been involved in a drug transaction because of the position of the cars. Police reported a parent made the payment in full and the owners were satisfied.
