Arrests

Davoni Boyd, of 140 Union St., was arrested on a warrant at 10:15 a.m. Thursday.

Alex Guerrero, 46, of 88 Jackson St., was arrested and charged with Class A drug possession and on a warrant charge of Class A drug distribution at 1:54 p.m. Wednesday.

Pedro Morales, 20, of 30 Lafayette Park, was arrested and charged with use of a motor vehicle without authority and on a warrant at 1:36 p.m. Thursday.

Carlos Perez, 25, of 114 South Common St., was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon at 8:10 a.m. Thursday.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 1:28 p.m. Tuesday on Carol Road. A caller reported she hit a tree and was stuck in her vehicle; at 4:27 a.m. Thursday on Humphrey Street.

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run accident at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday on Front Street.

Complaints

A report of a rock thrown through a windshield at 8:57 p.m. Tuesday on Cottage Street. A woman reported someone threw a rock and broke her rear window.

A report of a broken window at 9:44 a.m. Wednesday on Community Road. The caller wasn’t sure if it was caused by vandalism.

A report of a grandparent scam at 2:29 p.m. Wednesday on Intrepid Circle. A man reported receiving a call from someone claiming to be his grandson. The person told him he got in trouble with the police the previous night and was pulled over speeding, and officers found marijuana in his car. The person told the caller he needed money to get out of it.

Theft

A report of a larceny/forgery/fraud at 2:39 p.m. Tuesday on Robert Road. A caller reported that a machine was taken from the construction site over the weekend, and access was gained through forced entry.

A man reported his daughter’s iPhone was stolen from the Veteran’s School at 9:28 p.m. Tuesday on Pleasant Street. The phone was found in the girl’s bathroom.

Dineen E. Duro, 33, of Broadway, Chelsea, was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace and trespassing at 3:25 p.m. Wednesday.

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run accident at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Bank of America on American Legion Highway; at 12:55 p.m. Wednesday at Cushman Avenue and Broadway.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 6:56 a.m. Wednesday on Lincoln Avenue.

A report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injury at 10:35 a.m. Wednesday on Essex Street. Several callers reported a gray Honda Sedan in the snow with an elderly woman slumped over the wheel. Police reported the car slid off the roadway into the snowbank.

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run accident at 3:37 p.m. Wednesday at Walnut and Central streets.

Complaints

A report of property damage at 6:40 a.m. Wednesday at 245 Essex St. A caller reported a snow plow driver dumped snow in his driveway from his neighbor’s driveway.

Fire

A report of a car fire at 8:56 p.m. Wednesday at Square One Mall at 1201 Broadway. Mall security reported a vehicle fire on the second floor of the parking garage.

Theft

A report of a larceny at 3:34 p.m. Wednesday at 1504 Lewis O Gray Drive.
