MARBLEHEAD
Complaints
A report of an image on Snapchat at 1:41 p.m. Monday on Seaview Avenue. A caller reported her daughter had seen a Snapchat of some boys doing disturbing things and they are students at the high school.
A report of abuse allegations at 2:16 p.m. Monday on Lafayette Street. An administrator called looking for an officer to take a report of an alleged abuse. The caller reported the patient had some bruises and told her social worker that it was the “gal working the 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. shift.”
A report of harassment at 2:23 p.m. Monday on Susan Road. A woman reported that she just got chocolate and flowers delivered to her house. She stated it was the second time recently and she would like someone to speak with the man who sent them and tell him to stop. She has also sent him text messages telling him to stop calling and to stop contacting her, but it continues.
Someone reported a homeowner throwing some snow into the street at 4:45 p.m. Monday on Beacon Street and was concerned about the passing traffic.
A report of kids walking on the street at 7:36 a.m. Tuesday at Village Street and Heritage Way. A caller reported kids walking in the street and she was afraid they were going to die. She wanted police to enforce the sidewalk clearing. Police told her there was no rule about sidewalk clearing. An officer was in front of the school at the time of the call and reported that most of the sidewalks were clear.
Fire
A homeowner reported he had a small fire in his kitchen at 5:41 p.m. Monday on Homestead Road and has extinguished it. He was concerned if it may have been in the walls or not fully extinguished. Police reported the fire was confirmed out, but there was heavy smoke present.

Celso T. Defreitas, 41, of 134 Beacon St., Apt. 2, Clinton, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor third offense, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license subsequent offense, marked lanes violation and negligent operation of a motor vehicle at 5:16 p.m. Monday.
Accidents
A report of an impaired driver at 5:16 p.m. Monday at 310 Lowell St. and Route 128 North. A caller reported the vehicle got off the highway onto Lowell Street, and that the driver was swerving and appeared to be asleep behind the wheel. The vehicle struck a snowbank on Lowell Street. Police stopped the vehicle on Foster Street. Celso T. Defreitas, 41, of 134 Beacon St., Apt. 2, Clinton, was arrested for OUI liquor third offense.
A report of a motor vehicle hit and run accident at 7:58 p.m. Monday at T-Mobile at 210T Andover St. An employee reported that someone kicked her car. Police reported someone clipped the car’s mirror.
A report of a motor vehicle accident at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Brooksby Village at 301 Brooksby Village Drive; at 9:49 a.m. Tuesday at Century House Restaurant at 235 Andover St.; at 11:31 a.m. Tuesday at 2 Blair Terrace and 156 Lynnfield St.
A pedestrian was struck by a motor vehicle at 10:15 a.m. Tuesday at 21 Caller St. The 59-year-old male pedestrian was taken to Salem Hospital.
Breaking and Entering
A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 3:15 p.m. Monday at 5321 Crane Brook Way. A caller reported her car was broken into and a wallet containing cash and her driver’s license was taken.
Complaints
A report of a neighborhood dispute at 6:20 p.m. Monday at 346 Lowell St. Police reported a neighbor dispute over the plowing of a shared driveway. The people involved were told to stay away from each other.
A report of suspicious activity at 9:51 a.m. Tuesday at 4 Normandy Drive. A caller reported unknown men with shovels were walking around her house. She thought one person was on the roof shoveling snow. Police checked on the people and reported no issue as they had gone to the wrong house for snow removal.
