A caller reported he was on Main Street when a man honked at him and he pulled over at 12:13 p.m. Sunday at Atlantic Avenue and Commercial Street. The caller reported the man claimed he was struck by him. The caller stated he didn’t hit any pedestrians and the man was confrontational, and swore at him before driving off.
