He was wearing dark clothing and “looked like a trash bag.” The man was lying directly on the road and appeared to be in his 40’s. Police couldn’t find the man.
A report of a suspicious man at 12:21 a.m. Sunday on Tedesco Street. A caller reported the man was yelling at cars and swearing randomly in the street.
