A caller reported that her neighbors were being loud and “playing karaoke” at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday on Creesy Street. She just wanted it logged because “by the time police come over, they will have been quiet.” Police were told the noise was from a birthday party that was wrapping up.

A report of a disturbance at 8:19 p.m. Tuesday at Mike and Lill’s Black Sheep Pub & Grill at 5 Central St. A caller reported he was approached by a woman to call 911. The woman told the caller that her boyfriend stated that he wanted to kill her, as well as everybody in the restaurant. The suspect walked out of the bar and was found on Munroe Street. Christopher Waisanen, 48, of 8R Elm St., was arrested.
