She stated she observed the light for awhile and then it went out. When asked if it could be a fire, she responded it could be but it went out quickly. The home is currently under construction. Units entered the structure and nothing was found.
A report of a burst pipe at 8:54 p.m. Wednesday on Humphrey Street. A woman returned home from a trip and found a burst pipe and water filling up the basement.
