Anthony Carroca, 20, of 6 Mckinley Terrace, was arrested and charged with motor vehicle lights violation and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 2:27 a.m. Sunday.

MARBLEHEAD

Arrests

Robert L. Nicholas, 64, of 16 Crowninshield St., Peabody, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (car keys), disorderly conduct, operation of a motor vehicle as to endanger and assault and battery at 2:01 p.m. Friday.

Dawn M. Wilkins, 41, of 194 West Shore Drive, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle at 8:49 p.m. Saturday.

Complaints

A report of a tire damaged by a pothole at 12:37 p.m. Friday at Evans Road and West Shore Drive. A caller said he was driving on West Shore Drive and hit the pothole, not realizing how deep it was. He believed it damaged his tire. He wanted someone notified to address the pothole as many more people are likely to hit it and get damage too. A dispatcher asked an officer to put a cone at the site of the problem. DPW director was paged to address the issue as soon as possible. Multiple calls were received that the national grid patch in the road was collapsing. Police have coned the area.

A report of Santa outside at 8:29 p.m. Saturday on Hereford Road. A caller stated she received a call from some kids asking if she had a truck. She said yes. The caller then said someone was syphoning gas from her tank. When she went outside to look, there was a huge, inflatable Santa Claus near the truck.

A report of credit card fraud at 8:46 p.m. Saturday on Leo Road. A woman stated her credit card has been hacked and her rewards points were used for a hotel in New York over the weekend.

Arrests

Claudemir Pereira-Dasilva, 40, of 36 Oak St., was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of personal injury at 2:30 p.m. Friday.

Nicholas C. Moutsoulas, 38, of 128 Washington St., was arrested and charged with two counts of motor vehicle breaking and entering nighttime for a felony at 1:01 a.m. Sunday.
