Arrests

Brendan Kennedy, 28, of 84 Fellsmere St., was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license; at 11:15 p.m. Monday.

Brandie Pelechowicz, 31, homeless, was arrested and charged with distribution of Class A drugs; and warrants; at 11:20 p.m. Monday.

Amanda Bymark, 22, of 100 Central St. #3, Ipswich, was arrested and charged with possession of Class A drugs; at 11:50 a.m. Tuesday.

Phillip Carnovale, 27, of 15 Parsonage Lane, Topsfield, was arrested and charged with possession of Class A drugs; at 11:50 a.m. Tuesday.

Kenneth Valle, 24, of 11 Access Road #4, Beverly, was arrested and charged with possession of Class A drugs; at 12:45 p.m. Tuesday.

Christian Cepeda, 19, of 24 Mason St., Salem, was arrested and charged with distribution of Class A drugs; on Tuesday.

Complaints

A caller reported at 4:29 p.m. Monday that a Franklin Street resident painted white lines in the street in front of his house and on the curb to widen the area for him and his tenants. Officers report individual touched up previously painted white lines because he was tired of people blocking the driveway.
