Arrests

Alvard M. Garcia Lopez, 27, of 54 Rock Ave. #2, was arrested and charged with indecent assault and battery; at 10:30 p.m. Sunday.

Paul McGlaughlin, 42, homeless, was arrested and charged with an open-container violation; at 11:02 p.m. Sunday.

Stevenson Francois, 33, of 6000 Taber St. #24, Philadelphia, Pa., was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle after a license suspension; speeding; and a red-light violation; at 12:30 p.m. Monday.

A 15-year-old juvenile was arrested and charged with domestic assault-and-battery at 10:15 a.m. Monday.

James Byrne, 39, of 124 Flint St. #2, was arrested and charged with possession of Class A drugs; at 12:49 p.m. Monday.

Carlos Vadi-Rosa, 26, of 73 Woodman St. #2, was arrested and charged with distribution of Class A drugs; at 12:49 p.m. Monday.

Vito Aiello, 36, of 80 Veteran’s Way, Gloucester, was arrested and charged with possession of Class A heroin; failure to stop for police; and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; at 1:15 p.m. Monday.

Peter Keenan, 32, of 12 Eastern Ave. #2, Gloucester, was arrested and charged with being present where heroin is knowingly kept; at 1:15 p.m. Monday.

Michael Welch, of 9 Beacon Hill Road, Derry, N.H., was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace; assault with a dangerous weapon; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; operating under the influence of drugs; failure to stop for police; resisting arrest; assault and battery with a dangerous weapon; and speeding in violation of special regulations; at 1:12 a.m. Monday.
