Arrests

Charlie Alejandro, 47, of 522 Western Ave. #4, was arrested and charged with domestic assault-and-battery; assault and battery on a police officer; and resisting arrest; at 1:46 a.m. Monday.

Miguel Espinol, 33, of 24 Mall St., was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle; drinking alcohol from an open container; and failure to keep right; at 5:06 a.m. Monday.

Frantz Jean Louis, 54, of 53 South St., was arrested and charged with domestic assault-and-battery with a dangerous weapon; at 10:30 a.m. Monday.

MARBLEHEAD

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 9:29 a.m. Friday on Humphrey Street; at 5:39 p.m. Sunday on Naugus Avenue.

Complaints

A caller complained at 8:59 a.m. Friday that the MBTA bus is three minutes late, and a trash truck that parks in front of the Barnacle every day ties up the bus. Caller requested Front Street be monitored so her bus comes on time.

An Atlantic Avenue merchant reported at 9:14 a.m. Saturday that a woman keeps coming in and asking to use the bathroom and when the merchant tries to stop her she has “some choice words for him.” Officer reports he is aware of the woman and will tell her the business does not wish her to use the bathroom each day.

Fire

A report of a fall and head injury at 2:41 p.m. Friday on Norman Street.

Suspicious Activity

A report of six adults playing drunken children’s games at 1:41 a.m. Sunday on Devereux Terrace. Male party called to give the “heads up” that he will contacting an attorney because he was “given a hard time” and said the officers “took liberty with us.” Dispatcher reports party “was thanked for the heads up.”

Vandalism

A report of vandalism to a motor vehicle at 2:39 p.m. Friday on Auburndale Road; at 7:44 p.m. Sunday on Walnut Street.


PEABODY

Arrests

Kymber Thomas, 46, of 73 Fowler St., Revere, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation, third offense; at 3:57 p.m. Sunday.

Jacquelyn J. Michaud, 74, of 18 Walnut St. #508, was arrested and charged with violation of a restraining order; at 11:34 a.m. Monday.

Arrest
