SAUGUS – A Winthrop man is in jail following the alleged sale of thousands of dollars worth of narcotics to an undercover State Police trooper on three separate occasions this month.Michael Dellorfano, 34, of 500 Governors Drive, Winthrop, was charged with distribution of a class B substance, subsequent offense, conspiracy and trafficking more than 14 grams of a class A substance. He was arraigned Tuesday at Lynn District Court by Judge James Wexler and ordered held in lieu of $15,000 cash bail. A probable cause hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 23.According to court documents, State Police had been investigating Dellorfano, a previously convicted drug dealer, in regards to his alleged sales of Oxycodone and Opana. On July 8, an undercover trooper allegedly purchased numerous Opana pills from Dellorfano in the CVS/Texas Roadhouse lot in Danvers and again allegedly purchased $1,000 worth of Opanas from Dellorfano on July 11 in the Border Cafe restaurant lot in Saugus.Based on the sales, the trooper applied for and was granted from the Essex Superior Court Orders of Search and Seizure for Dellorfano?s Winthrop and Revere residences. Then on July 18, the same undercover officer purchased $3,000 worth of Opanas, approximately 75 pills, from Dellorfano in Saugus and arrested him after the alleged sale.Dellorfano?s alleged drug supplier, Justin Kingston, 33, of 8122 Kirkbride Drive, Danvers, was also monitored and later arrested and charged with distribution of a class B substance, subsequent offense, conspiracy, trafficking a class A substance over 100 grams, trafficking a class B substance over 100 grams and illegal possession of a firearm.During Kingston?s post-arrest interview, he allegedly admitted to having a shotgun at his residence, more pills, drug records, around $7,500 in cash and other records at his residence. He also said that he had $115,000 in a Peabody TD Bank safe deposit box in his girlfriend?s name, who he claimed made regular $5,000 deposits into the box.In addition, police learned that Kingston had, prior to being arrested, visited a storage unit held in another woman?s name, in which he stored about 900 pills of Opanas; 30 mg Oxycodone tablets; Methadone tablets and about four to five ounces of cocaine.A search of the storage unit netted a large amount of pills weighing in at more than 100 grams, along with more than 100 grams of cocaine.
