LYNN – Police say a man was allegedly ripped out of a vehicle on Sunday evening by a carjacker armed with a gun.The 25-year-old victim described the suspects as two dark-skinned Hispanic males, but police say he was unable to provide them with a license plate or an accurate description of the vehicle he was riding in. As of press time, police say the make and model was believed to be a 1998 red four-door Chevy Malibu, which was stolen at approximately 7:30 p.m., at the intersection of Broad, Silsbee and Newhall streets.Police say they encountered a language barrier with the victim, who claimed to not know where he lived, and that the vehicle was his cousin?s. The suspects were allegedly last seen driving the vehicle on the Lynnway.Anyone with information on the incident is urged to call the police at 781-595-2000. A 2010 Hyundai Elantra with a Maine license plate was taken at knife-point on Holland Avenue at approximately 2:19 p.m.The suspect in that case is described as a Hispanic male, 5-feet, 10-inches tall, between 25 to 30 years old, wearing a white shirt, jeans and a blue cap.
