Revere chamber to host business breakfast

REVERE – “How to Have a Thriving Business in a Bad Economy,” is the timely topic for the Chamber’s next Business Breakfast which is scheduled for Thursday, March 19 from 7:30-9 a.m. at Antonia’s Restaurant, 492 Revere Beach Boulevard.The featured guest speaker is Van Smick of ActionCOACH Business Coaching. With more than 25 years of business experience and 12 years as a business coach, Smick has worked with hundreds of business owners to help them achieve their professional and personal goals.Smick will share proven strategies designed to help businesses excel in today’s market. Some points covered will be: proven tactics for increasing profits in today’s economy; hottest guerrilla marketing techniques; how to multiply your customers and revenue; and, the best practices for developing compelling marketing materials.”The Chamber holds quarterly business breakfasts as part of its yearly program of work,” said Jeff Howe, president of Revere Chamber of Commerce. “We feel that this particular topic is extremely timely, given the current economic climate we’re experiencing, both locally and on a national level,” said Howe. “Additionally, the Chamber Breakfast offers a relaxed way to get out, see old friends, make new contacts and enjoy coffee, eggs and hash browns down at the beach,” Howe said.The breakfast is open to all. Price to attend is just $15 for Chamber members and $20 for others. As always, the Chamber’s Business Breakfast features a hot and cold full breakfast buffet.
