Girls soccer: Gambale does it all for Swampscott

Marissa Gambale had a field day Monday, scoring three goals and assisting on another to lead Swampscott to a 4-0 win over Revere Monday at Revere.Gambale owned the game in the first half, scoring at the 7:30 mark, the 17-minutes mark and again at 31 minutes. Sarah Burnham assisted on the first goal, Casey Connolly on the second and Megan Dawley on the third. Jen Cleary made it 4-0 in the second half with Gambale getting the assist.Keeper Tara Nimkar picked up her fifth shut out. Keeper Brittany Goulet notched her fourth shutout in 11 games and freshman Mackenzie Clarke kept the Panthers biggest scoring threat underwraps.
