SAUGUS – A kidnapping victim who was held against her will at the Red Roof Inn in Saugus for five days last week was reportedly released on Friday with the help of employees of a Starbucks in Cambridge.Saugus police received a report at 10 p.m. Friday that a woman was allegedly kidnapped in Brockton and held at the Route 1 hotel for the past several days, according to a police log.Police identified the suspects in the kidnapping as Guy Waters, 29, of Roxbury and Niki Semnack, 29, of Somerville.According to the Cambridge Chronicle newspaper, the duo drove the female victim to Cambridge on Friday when she managed to escape around 4:30 p.m.The victim reportedly walked into the Starbucks coffee shop at 750 Memorial Drive, where she begged for help. Employees hid her behind the sales counter shortly before Waters came in looking for her.The pair face charges of kidnapping and are being held in jail without bail until a dangerousness hearing is held Friday in a Middlesex County court room.Waters is already facing previous drug charges from a March arrest in Boston.
