LYNN – District Court Judge Ellen Flatley ordered the man charged with shooting and wounding two teenagers near 103 Warren St. Monday held without bail Wednesday pending a Sept. 30 dangerousness hearing.
Vannark Chourb, 18, 8 Minot St., pleaded innocent to two counts of armed assault with intent to murder, witness intimidation and several firearms charges.
Police said he shot a 16-year-old Lynn girl and a 16-year-old boy Monday afternoon near 103 Warren St.
An Asian male in his late teens or 20s was stabbed at that address on Sept. 26, 2007 and shots were fired outside the home five days earlier. One day after the stabbing, police investigating a Summer Street shooting arrested three men outside 103 Warren.
