The Lynn Parks & Recreation basketball season concluded on Thursday, with three teams playing championship games with city bragging rights at stake. The winners in the East Lynn-West Lynn matchups could call themselves city champions.In middle school coed play, Old Neighborhood Foods (East Lynn) defeated State Rep. Steven Walsh (West Lynn), 61-56. Game MVP Tyler McFadden of Old Neighborhood scored 27 points.In high school girls play, St. Michael’s Hall (East Lynn) defeated Covanta (West Lynn), 57-46. Game MVP Jeanette Anderson scored 23 points.In high school boys play, EDIC (West Lynn) defeated John’s Oil (East Lynn), 67-57.
