PEABODY – The law caught up to a 16-year-old boy Friday who tried to outrun police five nights earlier, police said.The juvenile was arrested in connection with a break-in that occurred at 19 Eagan Place on Sunday, May 11 around 9:30 p.m.As police approached the home, they saw two young men allegedly run out of the residence through neighboring backyards.Officers gave chase as the suspects ran toward Boston Street in Salem, but could not catch the suspects.Lt. Dennis Bonaiuto confirmed that one suspect was arrested Friday and charged with breaking and entering at night to commit a felony, malicious destruction of property over $250, larceny over $250 and disorderly conduct.- Dan O’Brien
