The St. Mary’s girls tennis team won a doubleheader against Nazareth Tuesday and with the wins, both by scores of 4-1, the Spartans have qualified for the state tournament.In the first match, St. Mary’s had wins from Lauren Carifio at second singles, Brook McKinnon at third singles, Alex Smith and Stacey Politis at first doubles and Ashley Crawford-Danielle Steuve at second doubles.The lineup and results were the same in the second match with the exception of second singles, where Caitlyn Fitzgerald picked up the win. In doubles, Kara Gilberg-Kate Hall won 6-0, 6-0, and Rebecca Ruskin-Becca Remis won, 6-0, 6-0.Beverly 5, Classical 0At Beverly, the Rams couldn’t do much against the Panthers.
