SAUGUS-On the heels of a double shooting outside Oasis, police responded to several nightclub disturbances this weekend that drained resources and resulted one mere arrest.At 1:45 a.m. Friday, two people were shot outside Oasis on Route 1.Christopher Contreras, 20, of Lynn and Martin Gomez, 22, of Danvers, were transported to Lynn Union and Salem hospitals, respectively, by friends at the scene. Both men are expected to survive.While all available police units responded to the shooting, another call came in at Tabu on Route 1, where a woman reported her car was broken into. Police were unable to respond to the call.At 1:05 a.m. Saturday, once again all Saugus police units were called to Tabu on a report of a fight. A 27-year-old Chelsea man sustained a cut above his right eye but was not seriously injured.Carl E. Williams, 29, of 74 Orange St., Chelsea, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct during the incident.Police were again called to Tabu at 11:30 p.m. Saturday on an excessive noise complaint.According to police, “Sgt. [Ronald] Giorgetti? drove to the caller’s address and verified offending levels of bass.”Giorgetti drove to Tabu and spoke with manager Sal Amato who said he would have the music turned down, police said.Thirty minutes later, police returned to Tabu on a report of loud noise. Amato told police a sound engineer would examine the noise issue on Monday, according to police.Reports were made around 1:40 a.m. Sunday that two men were crossing Route 1 on foot in the vicinity of Tabu. Police transported the men to a Lynn convenience store.
