REVERE-A Suffolk County grand jury handed down a first-degree murder indictment Tuesday to the man suspected of killing an East Boston man and seriously injuring another at a Nahant Avenue home on Nov. 2.Jose Sanchez Moz, 27, is expected for arraignment today in Suffolk Superior Court in Boston for the murder of Jose Amalcar Hernandez Rivera, 34.At about 4 a.m. on Nov. 2, Revere police were called to the Stop and Shop in Wonderland Plaza after a stabbing victim staggered to the supermarket looking for help following an attack a few minutes earlier on Nahant Avenue.Police then went to the home, where they found Rivera and transported him to Whidden Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.Suffolk District Attorney Dan Conley says that with the cooperation between State Police homicide detectives and Revere Police, Moz was apprehended by afternoon.”State Police homicide detectives and the men and women of the Revere Police Department worked this case aggressively and without pause,” Conley said. “Thanks to their efforts, we’re ready to seek justice for these victims in court.”Moz has been held without bail since Nov. 5.
