REVERE-A young man charged in May for robbing a Beach Street convenience store was arrested again Monday for trying to break into a safe at a Squire Road discount store.Michael A. Love, 19, of 277 Bradstreet Ave., Revere, was arrested and charged with two counts of breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, two counts of assault and battery on a police officer, two counts of resisting arrest, two counts of violating the city’s knife ordinance, larceny from a building, larceny over $250 and disorderly conduct shortly after 7 a.m. Monday.Love was arrested after allegedly breaking into Dollar Tree at 147 Squire Road. Police were called to the address on a report that a safe was broken into.On the night of May 31, Love and another Revere youth, Patrick Trainor, 18, whose last known address was 817 Broadway, were arrested after Love allegedly burst into the former Lil’ Peach at the corner of Beach Street and Winthrop Avenue while masked and holding a knife. Love allegedly fled the store with hundreds of dollars in cash and jumped into a getaway car allegedly driven by Trainor.At the time, Revere Police Lt. John Goodwin said police dealt with the duo on previous occasions.”We’ve dealt with these two in the past for juvenile crimes and they are well known to police,” Goodwin said.Further details of Monday’s incident were not available as of press time.
