Riding out to Bolton for the Nashoba Holiday Tournament, Bishop Fenwick received a massive game from Mike Clifford in a 71-47 win over Shawsheen.Clifford put up 31 points for the Crusaders (1-2); Nolan DiPanfilo added 18 points and four assists. Fenwick led 37-23 at the half.Lynnfield 74, Triton 54At Byfield, Mike Kennedy scored 41 points to lead the Pioneers to their first win of the season. Kennedy put up 29 in the first half and rested most of the fourth quarter for Lynnfield (1-4).GIRLS BASKETBALLGloucester 49, Marian 30At Framingham, Gloucester enjoyed a big afternoon from Hannah Cain, who scored 14 points as the Fishermen doubled up their hosts by halftime and cruised to their third win of the season.Triton 51, Beverly 42At Beverly, the Panthers’ Jen Ashton led all scorers with 14 points. Still, the effort did not translate into a win.
