LYNN — Charles Jordan was busted for marijuana possession with intent to distribute after a motor vehicle stop on Monday.
Undercover detectives conducted a traffic stop after witnessing a car screeching its tires on City Hall Square. The driver, Jordan, 49, had a suspended license and was placed under arrest. A search of the vehicle yielded a pound of marijuana, valued at about $2,000, Lynn Police Lt. Rick Donnelly said.
Jordan was charged with marijuana possession with intent to distribute near a school and motor vehicle violations. GAYLA CAWLEY
