Melissa Acevedo, of 182 Chestnut St., was arrested on warrant charges of assault and battery, malicious wanton property defacement and breaking and entering daytime for a felony at 10:22 a.m. Wednesday.
Clarence Byers, 66, was arrested and charged on protective custody at 11:48 a.m. Wednesday.
Moises Cascado, 20, of 14 Lawrence St., Chelsea, was arrested on a courtesy booking at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Jorge Delgado Medina, 20, of 84 Bow St., Everett, was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm without a firearm identification card, Class B drug trafficking more than 200 grams, possession to distribute a Class B drug, conspiracy to violate the drug law, possession of a firearm with a defaced number, firearm violation with one violent prior offense and on warrant charges of carrying a dangerous weapon, armed robbery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, cocaine trafficking and conspiracy to violate the drug law at 9:50 a.m. Wednesday.
Theresa Haynes, of 161 Broad St., was arrested and charged on protective custody at 2:33 a.m. Wednesday.
Tevin Nyachero, 18, of 159 Lantern Road, Revere, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a firearm without a firearm identification card, Class B drug trafficking more than 200 grams, possession to distribute a Class B drug, possession of a firearm with a defaced number and on warrant charges of two counts of conspiracy to violate the drug law, three counts of drug possession to distribute and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 9:42 a.m. Wednesday.
Allban Ramadine, 19, of 123 Bellevue Road, was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm without a firearm identification card, Class B drug trafficking more than 200 grams, possession to distribute a Class B drug, conspiracy to violate the drug law, possession of a firearm with a defaced number and on warrant charges of speeding, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and license not in possession at 9:27 a.m. Wednesday.
Cesar Rubio, 24, of 57 Munroe St., was arrested on a warrant charge of assault and battery at 4:10 p.m. Wednesday.
Frank Sanchez, 36, of 86 Mall St., was arrested on a courtesy booking at 6:59 a.m. Tuesday.
Melanie Serino, of 68 Dane St., Beverly, was arrested on warrant charges of possession of a Class C drug and possession of a Class E drug at 4:26 p.m. Tuesday.

A report of handcuffs stuck on at 1:40 p.m. Tuesday on Ames Road. A kid came into the police station with handcuffs attached to one wrist. He told an officer they belonged to his friend’s grandfather who was a police officer.
A report of a bike riding into a car at 2:11 p.m. Tuesday on Atlantic Avenue. A woman reported that as she was leaving the lot, she stopped and looked at the mirror, saw it was clear and started out to Atlantic Avenue. A boy, about 15, suddenly appeared on a bike coming from the direction of the House of Pizza and rode from the sidewalk into the side of her car. The boy told her it was his fault and rode off.
A report of a handicapped entrance open to the building at 8:45 p.m. Tuesday on Washington Street. A caller reported it doesn’t appear anyone is in the building. All doors were open to the building because a historical meeting was happening, according to the custodian.
A report of suspicious activity at 10:26 p.m. Tuesday at Phillips Street and Goldthwait Road. A caller reported a dark minivan with four occupants drinking. One person was urinating on the sidewalk. Another caller reported another vehicle was involved and the two were racing each other down Phillips towards Atlantic.
A report of someone knocking loudly on the door and then leaving the area at 10:32 p.m. Tuesday on Franklin Street. The caller stated this happened the prior night and last week as well.
Theft
A report of stolen sunglasses at 12:22 p.m. Tuesday on Roundhouse Road. A woman reported her car was broken into and her sunglasses were stolen. They are not prescription glasses. She reported her window was pulled down and broken to gain entry.

A passerby reported a man yelling that he was “jumped.” The victim fled the area. The suspects were in a black car; at 12:38 a.m. Wednesday at 76 Wallis St.
A report of suspicious activity at 8:38 p.m. Tuesday at Northshore Mall at 210N Andover St. A caller reported a suspicious man who appeared to be attempting to break into a nearby vehicle. The caller reported the suspect fled on foot after being confronted about his intentions.

The suspect vehicle is described as a small, dark car playing loud bass music; at 11:25 p.m. Tuesday at 41 Catherine Drive. A caller reported his vehicle was egged. An officer reported this was a continuation of an earlier incident; at 8:03 a.m. Wednesday at 27 Bartholomew Terrace. A resident reported her car was egged overnight.
