Tomas Bouknight, of 101 Water St., Medford, was arrested on warrant charges of failure to stop/yield, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle/trailer and unregistered motor vehicle at 1:04 p.m. Tuesday.

William Garcia-Mejia, of 100 Willow St., was arrested on warrant charges of breaking and entering nighttime for a felony and trespassing at 7:12 p.m. Monday.

A caller reported she took off another motor vehicle’s side mirror trying to avoid getting hit by a town truck that was coming on the other lane.

A woman reported seeing a man walking with a toddler in a stroller on Atlantic Avenue near Ticehurst and thought the circumstances were very strange. She said he was walking on the side of the road where it’s difficult to see and he’s out at 10 p.m. with the young toddler.

A report of a neighborhood dispute at 2:35 p.m. Monday at 1 Mayfair Road. A woman reported that she has had some “disagreements” with a neighbor in a house on Oak Avenue. She stated that the man who lives there has many friends that come by the residence. One friend visits on his motorcycle and it and is very loud, and she does not like it. On Sunday, she was outside waxing her vehicle when the man drove by on his motorcycle and revved his engine loudly and believes that it was towards her. She admitted that she is a bit nosey and should mind her own business, but is always looking out of her windows at neighbors. She was advised that if she were to keep to herself that there would most likely be no issues. She agreed and stated that she would attempt to keep to herself. She did not want police to contact the neighbor because it was not a “major issue.”
