A woman stated that she wanted to call and vent that she believes that all of the officers who have spoken to her about the “lasers that are being shot into her house” are not taking her seriously at 12:17 p.m. Monday on Elm Street. She stated that it is happening again and that she will be contacting her lawyer about the issue. A man called and said he encountered the woman on the street and approached her to have a conversation about her screaming at 4:30 a.m. He reported that she told him that she is trying to get the neighbors to stop “shooting proton laser beams into the house” and that she knows “the lasers are from the Israelis.”
