SWAMPSCOTT — The Hanover Vinnin Square apartment community has been sold to TA Realty LLC for $67 million, according to documents from the Southern Essex District Register of Deeds.
The Boston-based real estate company owns or manages $26 billion in real estate comprised of 65 million square feet of commercial space and more than 10,100 apartments.
Hanover Vinnin Square features 184 luxury apartments. Rents at the pair of four-story buildings start at $1,914 for a one-bedroom to as much as $3,420 for a three-bedroom, according to apartments.com.
The property, on a 6-acre site at 330 Paradise Road, is assessed at $30 million and generates $520,000 in annual real estate taxes.
The seller, CRP/THC Vinnin Square Venture LLC, a Houston-based entity managed by Mark Schoefeld and David Daniel, bought the property in 2014 for $4.8 million and borrowed $28.2 million to build the complex, according to public documents.
Opened last year, the Hanover replaced the former Aviv Center for Living/Jewish Rehabilitation Center. Building 1, which has 104 units, is a horseshoe-shaped building near Longwood Drive toward Lynn. The second building with 80 units faces Crown Pointe Condominiums, toward Salem.
TA Realty officials did not return calls seeking comment.
