A working mom needs help making Christmas special for her three children this year.
Her newborn son spent the first month of his life at a Boston hospital in intensive care. Her husband has become a stay-at-home dad.
“My 3-year-old and 9-year-old daughters are two wonderful girls who have helped me and my husband a lot with our baby,” she wrote to Item Santa. “They brighten our days. I would really like them to have a good Christmas, but it’s kind of hard juggling work and saving up (money).”
Amid all the chaos, the busy mom said the year seems to be flying by, and suddenly Christmas is right around the corner.
