A homeless single mother living in a shelter is wondering how she can have a merry Christmas for her two young children.
“My income is limited for buying presents,” she wrote in a letter to Item Santa. “Please help me make this year a joyful one for my kids.”
She is asking our readers if they can help make this holiday season a little brighter for her family.
Now in its 50th year, the Item Santa fund endeavors to make Christmas a little brighter for those among us who are less fortunate.
