SWAMPSCOTT – Gov. Charlie Baker was the 40th in line to cast his vote at First Church Congregational in Swampscott this morning. The governor said this election marks the first time in his life that he has ever left his vote for a presidential candidate blank. Baker emphasized the importance of voting for down-ballot issues and endorsed Anne Manning-Martin for the next Essex County sheriff.
