LYNN — The Lynn Museum/LynnArts “Wine & Design” series, which begins Dec. 1, uses the talent and resources in the city to spread a little holiday joy. ’Tis the season to be crafty.
On Dec. 1, The Agape Brewing Community will take to the main art gallery. Fresh off of its exciting introduction at this year’s “History and Hops” event, Agape’s mission is to support homebrewing, to build a community and to change the world. Get your own tutorial on brewing beer and soda with no shortage of samples.

On Dec. 6, the stems will be flying as Salvy the Florist’s Anthony Migliaccio takes over the Lynn Museum. With generations of Migliaccio florists in Lynn, they are a staple in the community. Migliaccio will demonstrate how to perfect those holiday centerpieces, arrangements and wreaths.
On Dec. 8, Pick Up Modern & More, 68 Exchange St., is the place to be. After opening this spring, this downtown retailer is a booming hub of retailers, designers and community members. Their team will guide attendees through fabrics, textiles and more, for a hands-on experience with their stockpile of vintage items.
On Dec. 13, Nancy Glidden from Elite Design & Consign will take center stage. Do you have a lamp that’s been in your family for generations and just needs a little TLC? Do you have a vintage piece that you just can’t throw away and are trying to repurpose? Learn how to wire a lamp like a pro. And do it all with the help of a little vino.
If you’re looking for perfect DIY gifts for the holiday season, or if you’re just looking for a fun night out with friends or spouse, don’t miss this series.
