Geoffrey Leahy will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of North Shore Bank’s Lynn Fells Parkway branch.
PEABODY — Geoffrey Leahy has been named sales and service manager at North Shore Bank’s Lynn Fells Parkway branch in Saugus, according to Kevin M. Tierney Sr., president and COO.
In his new position Leahy will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, including the management of all functions and banking activity. In addition, he will develop new deposit and loan business and promote the bank’s sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.
“We’re pleased to welcome Geoff to the North Shore Bank Team,” said Liz White, North Shore Bank’s vice president and retail sales manager, adding, “With his years of banking and management experience, I am confident that he will have a positive impact in shaping the bank’s growth in the Saugus market.”
Prior to his new role with North Shore Bank, Leahy worked as an assistant vice president and store manager for TD Bank in their Beverly office.
A graduate of Salem State University with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in History, Leahy is experienced in developing investment and residential lending business.
He also holds a Mass Producers license in Health, Life and Accident and is actively involved with the Cape Ann Animal Shelter, Open Door Food Pantry and NicaPhoto, an American non-profit centered on empowering and educating the poorest barrios of Nicaragua.
